We at Waddell Law Firm, take all consumer complaints seriously. We strive to make your interaction with our office rewarding. If there is an issue, please call our office at 850-434- 1659 to speak to our Consumer Complaints In-take Manager.

 

Our Consumer Complaint In-take Manager is responsible for in-taking any consumer complaints. The Consumer Complaints In-take Manager will fill in our complaint intake form and attach any documentation that you provide. The completed form and any supporting documentation will be given to Jason Waddell. Mr. Waddell will evaluate the complaint and will personally contact you to handle your complaint, inform you as to what the process shall be for handling your complaint, and approximately when you should expect to hear as to a resolution. Our goal is to have you contacted by the managing attorney within two days.

If you are not a client of the Waddell Law Firm do not forward any documents to our office unless directed to do so in writing. Submission of documents to our office without approval will be disregarded. Further such submission will not create an attorney/client relationship per the Florida Bar.
